A great-grandmother has made good on a dying wish to her husband and transformed her life.

That last wish from her hubby David was to go under the knife and have breast enlargement surgery and to “go further” in life after he died.

In November 2010, shortly after David passed away, Lloyd shelled out over $6,500 to go from a an A to an F cup.

Not only did the boost to her bust give her confidence, it also helped her find love again in the arms of a toyboy.

The 66-year-old is currently smitten with Phil Absolom, who, at 28, is 38 years her junior, and the pair are currently living together in the home she previously shared with her late husband.

Lloyd said she wasn’t put off by Absolom’s age because she was besotted by his personality.

“We have such good fun and when I first saw him, when he came to stay with me in the hotel before I came on the show, he came through the lobby and I thought “oh wow, that’s just for me. You know I am going to have him, he is gorgeous,” she said in an interview aired on Britain’s “This Morning” show.

While Phil added: “I think to myself, I could be with someone my own age but unhappy and it could fall apart.”
