Baby Joy! Adele is pregnant

She recently said that she was taking time off to focus on her relationship with boyfriend Simon Konecki and revealed that she wanted get married and have kids.

And for Adele, her wishes to have a child have come true,

The singer today announced that she is pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Simon Konecki.

The 24-year-old revealed the news on her website to her fans, writing:”‘I’m delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together. “I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we’re over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx”

Adele has been dating the 36-year-old since last summer, and went public with the relationship in January.

In May, she told US Vogue magazine that she wanted to cut back on her work and focus on he own happiness.

“If I am constantly working, my relationships fail,’ she said at the time. So at least now I can have enough time to write a happy record. And be in love and be happy. And then I don’t know what I’ll do. Get married. Have some kids. Plant a nice vegetable patch.”
Looks like her days of writing about heartbreak are over….
