There were a host of bold-faced names in attendance On Thursday night at The Harvard Club in New York City for The Resolution Project’s Resolve 2012 Gala, but all eyes were firmly on host Chrissy Teigen and boyfriend John Legend
Chrissy turned heads in a floor length silver gown, while John stepped aside and let his fiancée enjoy the spotlight. While she posed for endless photos, John took it upon himself to pull up a chair right next to the carpet so he could kick back and let his leading lady steal the show.
He was overheard telling a bystander proudly, “I’m waiting for my fiancée to be done interviewing. Usually when I’m at these events I do all the talking”.
Later when Chrissy finished her speech, John congratulated her with a big kiss and told her “he was extremely proud of her”. According to onlookers, the two couldn’t keep their hands off each other and were stealing kisses whenever they could. When asked about the wedding, Chrissy was quick to say, “I’m designing a new bridal line that’s going to be romantic and have lots of lace!”
As the two headed out, one party guest asked Chrissy if she attended Harvard University. The model said loudly “I attended OCC… Not as pretty!” only to have John yell back “OCC was the place to be!”
As the party died down, the two lovebirds locked hands and headed out to enjoy each other’s company. What a sweet and strikingly good looking couple.
