Bradley Cooper on Oscar nominations: ‘Ben Affleck was robbed’

Much of the buzz today has been about not who was nominated for an Academy Award, but who wasnt.

And Ben Affleck’s Oscar snub seems to be the hot topic.

So much so, Bradley Cooper who received a best actor Oscar nomination for his role in Silver Linings Playbook, spoke out about his shock that Affleck didn’t make the cut for Argo.

In a phone interview on the “Today” show, Cooper said: “I do have to say real quick, Ben Affleck got robbed.”

Argo picked up seven nominations including best picture, adapted screenplay and a supporting actor for Alan Arkin, but Affleck did not receive a nomination for director and best actor.
