Could this be world’s worst boss? Jack Terz is accused of allegedly urinating on an employee’s clothes and biting him

You’re not supposed to like your boss or be friends with them. Fact. And your Friday night, Saturday and Sunday morning are filled with joy, until the afternoon descends and you get that dreaded feeling in your stomach that your work week is about to begin all over again.

All of us at some point in time have been on the receiving end of some brutal boss behavior….but one New Yorker is in the running for being the most hideous boss ever.

In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court this week, Albert Sultan has accused his former boss Real estate broker Jack Terzi  of abuse that included cutting four-letter insults, sharp flying objects and bizarre fines.

Oh, and urinating in Sultan’s clothes during a three-year reign of terror in their Manhattan office are also included in the claims.

According to the New York Daily News, Sultan, hired shortly after Terzi launched his company in 2009, “became emotionally distraught, was humiliated and embarrassed … by the systematic and continuous unlawful harassment,” charged the 15-page suit filed Wednesday.

Court papers contain a cruel recital of Terzi’s perverse management style, including the time he “urinated on a garment” belonging to Sultan as others watched.

Terzi was accused of throwing a shoe and a pair of scissors at his young assistant, hurling insults like “f—— idiot” and “piece of s—“ — and repeatedly “sneezing in (Sultan’s) face in a contemptuous fashion.”

Sultan was forced to pay $15 for every minute he was late to work and $30 for every minute he left early. The fine would soar to $1,000 if the employee missed a Sunday or “failed secretarial duty”.

Sounds like Terzi had prime real estate on eyeing up the landscape of the World’s Worst Boss.

Got a horror boss story? We want to hear about employer terror in the workplace….silence doesn’t extinguish the inner pain and turmoil….words do!

What do you think?
