After watching films, the second most popular sport at the Sundance Film Festival is thawing out at the many bars. We hear the Femme Fatale is one popular concoction this year. Whip one up, put on an old docu drama and pretend you’re there, cowboy.

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 1/2 ounces Bulleit Bourbon
• 2 ounces smoked maple-chicory soda
•  dried apple crisp, for garnish

Combine Bulleit Bourbon and smoked maple-chicory soda into an old-fashioned glass with ice and stir gently. Garnish with a speared dried apple chip.
