Traditionally, once you’re over the age of, say, 21, you stop trick or treating and engage in that other Hollows Eve custom called the “Fright Night” movie marathon. Think gooey treats, loaded spirits and ghoulish decorations. Costumes optional.
The easiest party of the party prep is getting the scary movies together because Netflix – from October 16 through Halloween Night — hosts a special ‘Halloween Favorites’ on their homepage with all the seasonal scary fare you’re in the mood for – whether it’s a classic like Dracula, a favorite horror film like Psycho or The Omen, a comedy a la Scary Movie, or even something more family friendly like Alvin and the Chipmunks Meet The Wolfman or The Good Witch (though if you’re showing The Chipmunks we’re giving your party a pass.)
You already know you can get most of your favorite TV shows anytime on Netflix through most of your devices, like phones, tablets and major game consoles, but now the company is catering for the holiday parties.
