She’s due to give birth to her second child in July. And on April 29, Kourtney Kardashian celebrated her upcoming birth with a baby shower on the East Coast.
Life & Style magazine have the exclusive details of what occurred at the Stonewalls Restaurant at The Woods at Cherry Creek in Riverhead, N.Y.,
Two interesting things that emerged from their report, is the absence of her sister Kim, who pulled out at the last minute after she received an invite to the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, and also, the fact, that Scott Disick hurriedly dropped Kourtney off and headed straight to the bar.

Kourtney Kardashian may be a West Coast girl, but the soon-to-be mother of two gladly came to the East Coast for the extravagant baby shower the family of her beau, Scott Disick, threw her—and Life & Style has all the details!
The pregnant reality star, who Life & Style can reveal is due to give birth around July 1, was showered with gifts at the Stonewalls Restaurant at The Woods at Cherry Creek in Riverhead, N.Y., on April 29.
“About 60 women attended Kourtney’s shower,” a source tells Life & Style. “The Disicks live in Riverhead, and they’re next-door neighbors with the owners. They’ve been going there for years. The shower was held in the private dining room, and guests left presents for Kourtney on a large table at the back of the room.”
As is customary, Scott dropped off Kourtney at the shower and made sure to stop in and say hello to everyone as quickly as possible. He then spent the remainder of the time drinking beer at the bar with his entourage.
“He sat at the bar with his friends — about five guys — and drank beer until he left,” the source tells Life & Style. “He also took a few photos with people at the shower.”
And though Kourtney was happy to have the party, she was missing her family. Sister Kim was all set to attend, but she canceled last-minute.
“Everyone was under the impression that Kim would be there, but as soon as she was invited to the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, she pulled out,” the source tells Life & Style.
And Kim missed quite the feast. “They went with the plated option, which is much nicer than doing a buffet,” a second source tells Life & Style.
The appetizer options were a mesclun salad with shallots vinaigrette or a seasonal soup, and for the entrée, the guests had their choice of vegetarian pasta, fish, or breast of chicken with white wine, tomato and basil. To finish off the festivities, the in-house pastry chef prepared a special-occasion cake for dessert.
“The women basically just ate,” the first source says. “There were no party games played, and Kourtney went against the custom and didn’t open her gifts at the restaurant. Instead, she hauled her loot home with the gifts still wrapped.”
But we won’t be seeing this grand affair on the small screen any time soon.
“They wanted to keep it totally private,” the second source tells Life & Style. “There were no cameras rolling, not even for their show.”
As Life & Style first reported, Kourtney and Scott are expecting a girl. The couple already have one child, their 2-year-old son, Mason.
