She has already spoken out about her split from husband Peter Facinelli, saying she didn’t want a divorce.
Now, Jennie Garth is detailing her heartbreak on last week’s episode of her CMT reality show “Jennie Garth: A Little Bit Country.”
Tears streamed down her face as the former “90210″ actress talked to the show’s therapists about this painful time in her life.
“I think with any sort of rejection, you’re angry that you weren’t enough for that person,” she admits on the episode. “So I don’t know if I’m angry at myself for not being enough, or if I’m angry at him for not considering me to be enough.”
The 40-year-old actress also revealed how she reacted to her 11-year marriage being over, which became official when Facinelli filed for divorce in March.
“It’s weird and sad, but I really realized through this whole experience how much I loved him, how deeply I loved him and how deeply I loved us,” she said of her reaction to their marriage’s end.
The couple have three daughters together – Luca, 14, Lola, 9, and Fiona, 5.
Facinelli was filming “Twilight” in Vancouver while Garth stayed home and cared for the kids, a set-up that caused their relationship to “unravel,” she told People magazine in March.
