Kelly Osbourne readily admits that she never expected to be a “skinny girl’, but the proof is in the pudding that now she is.
And it is all down to making major lifestyle changes, with the former wild child swapping unhealthy addictions for a new healthy obsession.
The now 5’2”, 112-pound E! Fashion Police host tells In Touch magazine that she never imagined exercise would be her new addiction of choice
“[Working out] is something I really enjoy doing,” Kelly tells In Touch. “I never thought I’d be that kind of girl.”
Finding ways to make working out a fun part of her life, Kelly got her friends on board to join her in her workout regimen. “I do up to half an hour of cardio, and I also do circuit training, yoga or Pilates — I mix it up,” Kelly explains to In Touch.
Aside from her one cheat-day a week, where she indulges in pizza, Kelly stays pretty consistent with her diet. “For breakfast, I will eat either cereal or a little omelet thingy made with egg whites, mushrooms and spinach. Lunch is usually a salad or a turkey burger. And then for dinner, I’ll have brown rice with vegetables and some kind of meat,” she exclusively tells In Touch.
Changing her lifestyle habits resulted in a happier, healthier life for Kelly, who now has learnt to love the body she’s in.
