Absence does make the heart grow stronger, as was evident when Kim Kardashian and Kanye West reunited this weekend in New York.
From the moment Kim landed in the Big Apple, Kanye was waiting for her, and their rendezvous carried on all weekend for this new couple, who have now adopted the moniker “Kimye”.
Life & Style magazine has the details of their early Saturday morning hookup.

Just a little more than two weeks since Kim Kardashian, 31, and Kanye West, 34, went on romantic dates in NYC, the pair reunited in the Big Apple after Kim landed on Friday night, April 20.
“She arrived with sister Khloé and mom Kris,” an eyewitness tells Life & Style. “And it was clear Kim and Kanye couldn’t wait another second to see each other because he showed up at the hotel she’s staying at just moments after she checked in!”
“Around 1:40 a.m., they headed out for a romantic date at Mercer Kitchen,” the eyewitness tells Life & Style. “They stayed until around 3 a.m.”
Though Kim’s staying at a lush Manhattan hotel, that didn’t stop her from spending the night at Kanye’s place!
“They looked very happy to see each other and in love,” the eyewitness adds. “They both headed back to Kanye’s apartment for the night.”
While Kim says the two have been friends for years, it seems like their relationship is taking a turn for the serious. Kanye even referred to falling in love with Kim on his new track “Way Too Cold.”
“You never know what the future holds or where my life will take me,” Kim recently said about Kanye.
This pairing comes five months after Kim filed for divorce from estranged husband Kris Humphries. The pair split after 72 days of marriage.
Meanwhile, TMZ is reporting that the rapper has met Kim’s family and that the Kardashian crew “absolutely loved him”.
A source told the website: “Kanye and Kim were excited for the family gathering and the opportunity to show them just how great they are together.
“The meeting went great and the family thinks they make the perfect couple.”
