For three years now, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have remained coy about their relationship.
Despite being photographed together in many a romantic rendezvous, they have never officially come out as a couple.
Until now.
In the wake of being caught red-handed cheating on Pattinson with married Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders. Stewart is laying her feelings for her Twilight co-star bare.
The actress has issued a public apology, in which she professes her love for her boyfriend of three years,
“I’m deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I’ve caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I’m so sorry,” Stewart said in a statement Wednesday.
Stewart is facing an enormous backlash on Twitter over the scandal, perhaps, this is what prompted her to release the statement.
Just moments ago, Sanders issued his own statement. “I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family.
“My beautiful wife and heavenly children are all I have in this world. I love them with all my heart. I am praying that we can get through this together.”
Whether Stewart’s relationship with Pattinson or Sanders marriage will survive this scandal, remains to be seen.
