Michael Lohan to be a dad again! - Lohan's rep confirms to us the news that he and on/off girlfriend Kate Major are expecting their first child together

What’s a little restraining order amongst friends? Michael Lohan and Kate Major relationship has been full of ups– and a lot of downs.

Sometimes the pair have been madly in love, and on other occasions, the have fought on such an epic scale that it seemed the couple were reenacting scenes from “The War of the Roses” (just check out our previous interview with Major here).

But now there is finally some joy for the warring couple– baby joy, to be exact.

When we contacted Lohan’s rep, she confirmed that Michael and Kate are expecting their first child. Though no other details have been released, Kate is said to be in her first trimester.

But the drama isn’t entirely over: TMZ reports that the conception of the baby was actually illegal as Kate’s pre-existing restraining order against Michael, 52, was only lifted a matter of weeks ago.

Lohan already has four children: Lindsay, 26, Michael, 25, Ali, 18, and Cody, 16.
