The latest scandal engulfing John Travolta shows no signs of abating. Despite his spokesperson vehemently denying the charges of sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional stress, the unidentified plaintiff insists he has more proof of Travolta’s wrongdoings.
In the lawsuit, the unidentified plaintiff claims that Travolta made sexual advances at him during a massage session in Beverly Hills. The plaintiff alleges that the actor “shamelessly stripped down naked in front” of him and was “semi-erect” before things even got started. Travolta then allegedly started rubbing the plaintiff’s leg before being asked to stop; and just moments later, touched the victim’s “scrotum” while snickering “like a mischievous child.”
The plaintiff says that he reminded Mr. Travolta multiple times that sexual acts in exchange for money were illegal, but Travolta’s rebuttal was, “Come on dude, I’ll jerk you off!”
Yesterday, a spokesperson for Travolta denied the charges, saying: “This lawsuit is complete fiction and fabrication. None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred.
“The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie…On that date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast.
“Plaintiff’s attorney has filed this suit to try and get his 15 minutes of fame. John intends to get this case thrown out and then he will sue the attorney and Plaintiff for malicious prosecution.”
However, this morning, RadarOnline is exclusively reporting that the unidentified plaintiff has no plans of backing away from the lawsuit and has more proof of the alleged incident.
They report….
The man who is accusing John Travolta of assault and sexual battery is firing back at the statements made by the A-list actor’s lawyer.
Marty Singer, the pit bull legal ace who is repping Travolta, told RadarOnline.comthat the lawsuit that the male masseur “John Doe” filed against his client is totally unfounded.
Despite Singer’s statement that Travolta was not in Los Angeles on January 16, 2012, and that the accusations are “complete fiction and fabrication,” John Doe tells a different story.
“I have proof to support the truth that I’m telling,” he said, but would not reveal the specific details about his proof.
According to the lawsuit documents, the massage began in a bungalow at The Beverly Hilton Hotel and “Travolta appeared to be semi-erect.”
The lawsuit goes on to claim that a chef brought in hamburgers during the massage and Travolta “touched Plaintiff’s scrotum, and this time the Plaintiff told Travolta to please not touch him again.”
The lawsuit states that the actor promised not to, but “Travolta quickly tried to rub the head of Plaintiff’s penis as he tried to pull away.”
Singer told RadarOnline.com that John Doe would “regret” filing the lawsuit, which incensed him.
“I represent the 99 per cent of the population, the working class, and I was put in an inappropriate situation that I didn’t put myself in. It is not for Mr. Singer to deny me my right!”
John Doe said he has no intention of backing down and isn’t afraid of going forward with his lawsuit.
He said he thinks his case is strong against the Pulp Fiction star. “I passed a lie detector test for theNational Enquirer, and I’m telling the truth about what happened.”
John Doe said that his experience with Travolta “started out polite and charming, but then when things didn’t go his way things digressed.”
Now that he’s filed the lawsuit, John Doe told RadarOnline.com he’s not backing down.
“I’m ready for my day in court.”
The unidentified plaintiff is seeking $2 million in damages.
