The Lindsanity continues!

After a late-night brawl with her mom in New York earlier this week, Lindsay Lohan is backtracking, saying Dina is her “best friend” as she lambasted her father, Michael. And, she insists, despite the audio proof where she claimed Dina was using cocaine, that her mom does NOT do drugs.

The troubled star answered questions from the media regarding her latest bust-up as she walked the red carpet in Beverly Hills for the launch of the health drink Mr. Pink Ginseng (!) last night.

“My mom’s my best friend,” she said, adding of her dad “I don’t have any reason to speak to him.”

[Side note: In case you care, she said she is voting for Mitt Romney]

Lindsay’s remarks come after that early morning brawl with mom, Dina, on Wednesday, where after partying until 4:30 a.m., they got into an altercation on their way back to the family’s North Merrick, L.I., residence.

Lindsay called Michael, who called the police and TMZ . Lindsay was so furious about Michael sharing the info with the media outlet, she in turn provided the website with her own exclusive.
