While Shia LaBeouf may have recently embarked on a Twitter war with the actor, you better hope Alec doesn’t meet him in the boxing ring.
Shia, 26, looks in the best shape of his life in this new Instagram picture posted Friday. And he can thank his newly discovered love of boxing for his pecs appeal.
The photo was posted by boxer Petey Quillin, who was at Trinity Boxing club with the actor and captioned it, “My new homie Shia LeBeouf is really buffed (pause).”
But bad news ladies, Shia is off the market — things between him and his Nymphomaniac costar girlfriend Mia Goth have been heating up for months.

Alec Baldwin and wife Hilaria are expecting their first child together, their rep confirmed. BUT, we first posted this story on Jan. 29. Sometimes it is good to go with your hunches.
He is looking better than he ever has and is evidently much happier than he has been in a long time.
And if you are wondering what Alec Baldwin is going to do with all that spare time on his hands with “30 Rock” coming to an end, we have the answer– he will be on diaper duties.
In Touch is exclusively reporting that Alec Baldwin and his yoga instructor wife, Hilaria Thomas, are expecting a baby.
“Hilaria has told only really close friends and family she is pregnant, only a close circle she trusts,” a good friend of Hilaria’s tells In Touch.
The pair, who began dating in 2011, wed in June 2012 in New York City. Last year, the 30 Rock actor, 54, admitted to television personality Piers Morgan that more kids were definitely in the cards for him since meeting Hilaria.
“Have I thought about having more kids? Oh sure, that would be great, that would be heaven, that would be fantastic,” he said. And apparently he’s just as thrilled about the news now that it’s happened.
“They are both so excited and Alec is so in love with her,” Hilaria’s friend gushes. “She says she is so in love with Alec and he tells all her friends that she is the best thing that has ever happened to him.”
Recent photos of the fitness instructor have hinted at her pregnancy, as her stomach has been showing the slightest hint of a baby bump.
“[Hilaria] has not said much to anyone as far as how far along she is,” our insider says. “She is so healthy and a yoga freak, so everyone could tell right away something was different.”
In the face of disaster, it is said that people show their true colors. And Ben Stiller and Alec Baldwin are just two celebrities who have done just that– pitching in to help like every other big-hearted New Yorker.
While many stars these days court publicity for their good deeds, Stiller appeared to be embarrassed that he was caught in the act of helping others– as if just doing his bit was enough that he didn’t need it to be flagged up.
The actor, who resides in New York with his wife actress Christine Taylor and their two children, Ella Olivia, 10, and Quinlin Dempsey, seven, was captured feeding the hungry at a shelter in Brooklyn on Friday.
The 46-year-old served up pancakes, bacon and eggs to the hungry who had lost power in their homes.
Meanwhile, Alec Baldwin is often known for his volatile temper, but New Yorkers are seeing that the actor is just a softie at heart.
As you will see from the second clip below, Baldwin has been helping out his neighbors in Lower Manhattan, and also made a surprise visit to speak to students taking shelter at the Kimmel Center for Student Life at NYU.
The students are currently sleeping in wall-to-wall cots and he visited them room by room, saying that in his lifetime “this is like, unprecedented.”
After his wedding in June this year, it appeared that Alec Baldwin had quit Twitter –again.
But, it simply turned out that he deleted his @alecbaldwin handler and instead has been tweeting from his eponymous foundation’s account.
And to mark his marriage to Hilaria, the actor has posted this intimate snap of their big day with the sweet caption: “My 8000th tweet is a smile to @hilariabaldwin. ”
The pair wed in front of 175 guests, including Tina Fey and Woody Allen and Baldwin has gushed about marrying for the second time, saying: ”Marriage was made for you to make a commitment to someone who is worth it, and I met someone who is worth it.”
It was a monumental day in more ways than one. On Saturday, Alec Baldwin wed Hilaria Thomas in New York and he did so without attacking anyone!
The “30 Rock” star has had numerous heated confrontations with photographers in the weeks leading up to the nuptials.
Just days before his wedding, he hilariously called a photographer a “little girl” while he himself was carrying a pink toy (we’ve included that clip at the end of this article).
And what came as a surprise to many, Baldwin was cool, calm and collected on his wedding day, where guests including Lorne Michaels, Tina Fey, Woody Allen, Jimmy Fallon and Mariska Hargitay, his brothers Billy and Stephen his daughter Ireland saw him tie the knot.
Following the wedding, Baldwin and Thomas tweeted photos of their wedding rings (the couple spent their first day of marital bliss in a decidedly low-key way, walking around Washington Square Park and taking in the Euro Cup).
The caption accompanying the photo of his ring, read: “June 30th, 2012″. While his new wife, who changed her twitter handler to @HilariaBaldwin, wrote: “What a weekend”.
But this morning, fans of the actor were in for a shock.
“It’s been fun,” he tweeted, and just like that, his account was gone.
One can only hope it will return with some more amusing antidotes sometime soon.
Speaking of entertaining quips, Baldwin is Vanity Fair’s latest cover star, and he reveals that among other things, he fantasized about beating his ex-wife’s lawyer “with a baseball bat,” and details homicidal daydreams for TMZ’s Harvey Levin, who posted the infamous voice-mail recording of the star berating his young daughter.
“I wanted to stick a knife in him and gut him and kill him, and I wanted him to die breathing his last breath looking into my eyes,” Baldwin explains.
But he insists that he has since calmed down.
“You have to let that go,” Baldwin says. “Enough time — I mean, it does heal wounds.”
We certainly wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of Baldwin and his volatile temper.
This clip below is reason enough….oh, and incidentally, do you know how Baldwin met his new wife? He walked up to her in a restaurant and told her: “I must know you!”

the IFP, Calvin Klein Collection & Euphoria Calvin Klein Celebrate Women in Film at the 65th Cannes Film Festival event.
A slew of famous faces turned out for what was one of the hottest tickets in town.
And, we have the inside track of what went down at this utterly glamorous event.
Diane Kruger & Joshua Jackson
After having a romantic dinner for two, true gentlemen Joshua Jackson escorted his girlfriend Diane Kruger, to the IFP, euphoria Calvin Klein, & Calvin Klein Collection soiree celebrating women in independent film. As Diane made her way into the event, he kept an eye on her, making sure she was ok and let her have the spotlight on the red carpet. As a judge at the Cannes Film Festival this year, Diane was focused on what she loves the most. She said, “All of us put so much heart into film making. It’s hard to judge one film against the other.” After Joshua quickly grabbed her attention and lead her to a golf cart that took them to the main part of the event. He seated her in the front, and hopped on the back, standing as her yelled “Viola! Go fast.”
Jessica Chastain & Shailene Woodley
New best friends Shailene Woodley and Jessica Chastain ran towards each other screaming of joy and gave one another the longest hug at the entrance of the event to the IFP, Calvin Klein Collection, & euphoria Calvin Klein soiree celebrating women in independent film. The two jumped up and down, while Jessica said loudly “We have too much to talk about” and Shailene replied, “I know, so glad you’re here.” She later told a guest that she keeps seeing Jessica at parties and that when she does, her heart chakra opens up a million times for her. She also gave her a ton of compliments on her powerful acting. Shailene came with a few friends, but quickly plopped herself on the coach next to Jessica to catch up, by the time the clock hit 1:00 a.m. the two were dancing away into the night barefoot at a private mention in the hills of Cannes.
Jessica Chastain ended with this quote about women in film, “inspiring is when someone is at the top of their game and they do more.” Shailene followed with, “(it takes) women beyond the physical plane.”
Chris Rock, Ben Stiller, Naomi Watts, & Isla Fischer
Funny man Chris Rock kept the jokes coming as he entertained both Ben Stiller and Naomi Watts at the IFP,Calvin Klein Collection, & euphoria Calvin Klein soiree – making them both burst out laughing. Ben later gave Naomi and the other starlets onsite to celebrate women in independent film a compliment, saying they all have “angelic faces.” Naomi headed over to embrace her dear friend Isla Fischer after hanging with the boys; the two caught up on each other’s busy lives.
Lara Stone & David Schwimmer
Lara Stone’s comedian husband David Walliams was bragging to David Schwimmer about his wife being the new face of euphoria Calvin Klein. The two just celebrated their anniversary in Porto Fino before arriving to Cannes.
Other guests included Jada Pinkett and Alec Baldwin to name just a few.

We caught the singer sipping Beluga Vodka cocktails at the Elle Magazine Women in Music event at Avalon in Hollywood.

In the wake of the stalker scandal, Alec Baldwin today sensationally let off a fire of angry tweets saying he was quitting 30 Rock because reporters from the same network which produces the show (NBC) were camped outside of his Manhattan home.
“The television crew camped out outside my apt said they were from the Today Show. #howthemightyhavefallen,” he wrote in one.
In another, he says. “A story about stalkers brings out stalkers in the media. But, the Today Show?”
And finally, in another, he wrote: “I think I’m leaving NBC just in time.”
Whether he stays true to his word and leaves, remains to be seen. We’ll be following this story throughout the day.
