The star recently returned from a vacation with husband Bill and baby Duke in Hawaii.

“We spent long mornings in bed with Duke before heading to the pool or the beach,” Giuliana tells Life & Style of their five-star Four Seasons Hualalai stay on the Big Island’s scenic Kohala Coast. “[Duke] had his first swim lesson!” coos Giuliana. “He loved it! He’s a little fish!”

And when the sun set, the couple turned the romance way up! “We’d cook a romantic dinner in our villa or go to a nearby restaurant to try out the local catch of the day,” she confides in the new issue of Life & Style. “We made it a point to have a romantic date almost every night of our trip.”

Sweet Snaps: Bill and Giuliana Rancic baptise baby Duke

Bill and Giuliana Rancic couldn’t look happier in these photos after christening their baby boy, Duke.

The two-month-old tot was baptised during a ceremony that took place in Los Angeles on Nov. 4.

“Seeing Duke’s eyes shining up at us in  church in his white christening gown was one of the most beautiful experiences in my life,” Giuliana told Life &  Style of the christening.

“Bill and I made vows on his behalf – our  faith is very strong – and Duke was just smiling the whole time. He’s such a  good baby,” she added.

.After a long struggle to conceive, the couple welcomed their son Duke via surrogate in August , and they recently revealed that they have plans to give baby Duke a sibling.

“The wheels are in motion,” Bill told Life & Style magazine about having their second child.

Giuliana added: “A lot of people have one kid and it’s enough. But for us, we’re just having so much fun that we’d love to have another child.”

The 37-year-old TV host recently told CNN how she got through the tough times after being diagnosed with breast cancer.

“I was shell-shocked. I thought I was going to die,” she said. ”I didn’t know that if you find breast cancer early enough, you have a 98 percent survival rate. I went to work right after finding out and did E! News. I recently watched that episode and I don’t know how I pulled it off. Afterward, I ran into my dressing room and started hysterically crying. Bill was really the one who had to pick me up off the floor and say, “Hey, we’re making a plan here.” He took over.”

Meet Edward Duke: Giuliana and Bill Rancic’s miracle baby

Having a child was something they desperately wanted, and now that Edward Duke is in the world, Giuliana and Bill Rancic reveal that those years of tears and heartache have all been worth it.

The couple, who welcomed their baby boy via a gestational carrier in Denver on Aug. 29, gush about parenthood in an exclusive interview with Life & Style magazine.

“I had always heard that when you have a baby it completes your life — and it’s true,” Giuliana tells Life & Style. “I love my baby, and I love my new role.”

The ecstatic new parents posed with their son — they call him Duke — during the exclusive photo shoot at the Presidential Suite at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago on Sept. 9.

“Every day he’s changing — it’s just remarkable to see,” Bill, 41, tells Life & Style.

Explaining how they came up with his name, Giuliana shares, “Edward is Bill’s late dad’s name and my dad’s name. It was a way to honor them. And Duke means leader.”

The E! News host is a natural at motherhood. “It’s amazing how maternal instincts have taken over, and Giuliana’s just supermom,” raves Bill. “It literally brought tears to my eyes the other day watching her with Duke.”

Bill even teases his wife about how much she enjoys changing diapers. “I’d never changed more than a diaper or two in my life,” she laughs. “Now it’s like the littlest things that make me happy — happier than I’ve ever been.”

The arrival of their little bundle of joy was a long-awaited one. After years of struggles with infertility and IVF injections, Giuliana was diagnosed with breast cancer and in December 2011 underwent a double mastectomy. When she was told to delay trying to get pregnant again for at least five years, the couple found a surrogate and shortly after announced that they were expecting! Finally, 11 days before the Life & Style photo shoot, Duke made his triumphant debut via gestational carrier.

“I couldn’t believe that all those years of struggling and the tears actually paid off,” Giuliana tells Life & Style. “Every shot, every doctor’s visit — in the end, when you’re holding your baby in your arms, you forget it all, and it’s worth it.”

Soon-to-be parents Bill and Giuliana Rancic are already planning for another child

Their road to parenthood has been a long and heartbreaking one. And at at times, it seemed that Bill and Rancic’s baby dreams would never come to fruition.

But on the heels of their “miracle baby”, which is due this summer, the couple have revealed plans for a second addition to their family.

The reality couple spoke to Life & Style magazine about their new plans.

They write…

Bill and Giuliana Rancic have endured so much heartbreak on their road to parenthood, that even as they eagerly await the birth of their “miracle baby” this summer, they’re already planning to welcome a second child as soon as possible. “Absolutely! We already have the plans in the works,” Bill, 41, confirms exclusively to the new issue of Life & Style, on newsstands now. “The wheels are in motion.”

For now, the couple are accompanying their surrogate — whom they loved from the moment they met — to her doctor’s appointments. “Everything is looking great, and we’re thrilled,” reports Giuliana, 36. “It couldn’t be better, so knock on wood it’s all looking good!”

Planning baby No. 2 before their first bundle of joy arrives may seem stunningly ambitious, but it just shows how excited the couple are to create a loving family at long last. In fact, having a family of adopted and biological children has always been on Giuliana’s mind. “Adoption is the most beautiful thing,” Giuliana confided to Life & Stylelast year. “It’s so selfless.”

No matter how big, and how quickly, their family grows, Bill and Giuliana are ready to embrace it all. “My wife and I declared 2012 the Year of the Rancics,” says Bill, who hints there may be even more kids to come. “If it were up to Giuliana, it would be. Two or three would be a great number. She’d want four or five. But that’s not gonna happen — not with me,” he jokes. “Maybe her next husband!”

Giuliana and Bill Rancic reveal: “We’re having a baby”

She faced one of the toughest moments of her life last year when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. But throughout her whole ordeal, Giuliana Rancic never gave up on her baby dream.

And this morning, she and husband Bill appeared on the “Today”show, where they revealed a baby Rancic is on the way.

“Finally, we are having a baby, ” a beaming Giuliana said.

The E!  host went on to say that the couple are having the child via a gestational surrogate, but it is their embryo .

Giuliana also revealed the baby is due in late summer, and that they know the sex of the child, but “we not telling anyone yet.”

Giuliana, 37, described the moment when she got the call saying that the couple were finally having a baby.

“The moment was pretty much the best moment in my life,” she said. ” We had been trying for so long and we’ve been through so much.”

Bill added: “It’s just another world, another level. It was pretty emotional as it was our last stop, our last chance.”
