On Feb. 19, Seal will be singing a different tune– that of happy birthday.
The star is set to turn 50, and judging by this clip, he is taking reaching that milestone in his stride.
In fact, the British-born singer seems to be in a jovial mood of late– even a visit to the  doctor’s office in Beverly Hills didn’t dampen his mood.

Beloved TV star Betty White is celebrating her 91st birthday with a slimy new friend!
To mark the milestone, the Lifeline Program adopted a red-tailed boa named Jacob from the Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens in her name. [White is a spokesperson for the company which focuses upon life-settlement specialists]
And for White and Jacob, there is love all around. [She and Jacob have known each other for some time, after meeting on the set of  2011 music video "I'm Still Hot"]
“Jacob the boa constrictor is good as gold and cuddles in my arms,” White said in a statement, “and around my neck.”
And what of her birthday wish? The generous star is asking fans to donate to the Morris Animal Foundation, a nonprofit committed to animal health science.  She hopes to raise $10,000.
“Animals are near and dear to my heart, and I’ve devoted my life to trying to improve their lives,” she writes in a blog for the Huffington Post. “Since a girl like me already has more than I could hope for, I’m asking fellow animal lovers for a special birthday gift this year.”

Today marks her 65th birthday, and to commemorate, LIFE magazine has released a series of previously unpublished black and white images taken by Lee Balterman at her suburban Park Ridge, Illinois, home in the summer of 1969.
She had graduated college just two weeks earlier and was ready to make her mark on the world– and that she certainly did.

Nicki Minaj who? Mariah Carey put her “American Idol” drama to one side to ensure that her hubby, Nick Cannon’s birthday was one to remember.
On Sunday night, the songstress threw a private party for her man (he turns 32 today) and shared the photo above with her Twitter followers.
“On to the party! Happy birthday,” she tweeted.
The night before, Cannon sans Carey (we can categorically say that she was not with him despite reports that she was) hit the Playhouse Nightclub to celebrate with some of his closet friends including Wilmer Valderrama. The pals presented him with a bright yellow birthday cake.
