Whitney leaves everything to Bobbi Kristina….we wonder how Bobby Brown feels about this

Whitney Houston’s will has been released, with Bobbi Kristina inheriting everything.

According to the 19-page court document obtained by Inside Edition, the 19-year-old will inherit her mother’s money, furniture, clothing, personal effects, jewelry and cars

The money will be placed in a trust until Bobbi Kristina turns 21 in 2014. She will receive additional money when she turns 25, and will be given access to the rest of Houston’s fortune when she turns 30.

Whitney’s mom Cissy, is the executor of the will and her ex-husband, Bobby Brown, is mentioned but receives nothing.

What is most interesting is that Whitney first drafted the will on February 3, 1993 , which was one month before she gave birth to Bobbi Kristina.

She then amended it in 2000, while she was still married to Bobby Brown. And, even though the pair were married for 14 years, they signed a prenup banning him from accessing her will.

However, we’re sure he must have hoped that she would have left him something.

First look: Oprah’s tender embrace with Bobbi Kristina

It’s a picture that speaks volumes.

And, it’s unsurprising that Bobbi Kristina gave her first interview following her mother’s death to Oprah.

According to various sources, Bobbi Kristina trusts the talk show queen, and despite the other offers, she went with her heart (as broken as it may be).

The interview is set it air Sunday at 9 p.m. on OWN.

Bobbi Kristina reveals all to Oprah

She’s kept a low profile since the funeral of her mother Whitney Houston just weeks ago.

Now, Bobbi Kristina is set to break her silence.

Yesterday, the teen, who turns 19 tomorrow, filmed an exclusive interview with Oprah for Oprah’s Next Chapter .

The interview, which is set to air on March 11, will also feature  Patricia Houston, who’s the singer’s sister-in-law and manager, as well as the singer’s brother Gary.

Meanwhile, the hunt for who sold Whitney’s final photo continues, with the funeral home pointing the finger at someone inside the singer’s family.

Opinion: Bobby needs to cut his tour short and spend time with Bobbi Kristina

According to new reports coming from RadarOnline.com, Bobby Brown thinks that Bobbi Kristina should go to rehab.

They write….

“Bobby told family friends f that he’s really worried about Bobbi Kristina,” a source close to the singer told . “He knows that she is devastated about her mother dying and he doesn’t think that she is handling the situation well at all. Bobby is afraid of what is going to happen to Krissy if she doesn’t get some help — the last thing he wants is for another tragedy.

“Krissy has taken her mother’s death really hard, not surprisingly, and Bobby is terrified she’s going to do something stupid. He wants her in a treatment center, getting professional help to get her through the grieving process without falling back on alcohol or drugs to mask her pain.”

Personally, we think Bobbi Kristina needs love and support, and she needs that from her dad. Instead of running off every night and telling audiences that he goes “by the name of bad-a– Bobby Brown”, why doesn’t he leave his past where it belongs, bow out of his concerts and focus upon the wellbeing of his daughter and her future.

Today’s Great Debate: Who should be entrusted with the care of Bobbi Kristina?

Her bond with her mother was obvious for all to see, and a times they were more like best friends than mother and daughter.

Now, the attention turns to who will be there to protect Bobbi Kristina?

Whilst Bobby Brown is not going to drag lawyers into the situation between Whitney’s family over whose care Bobbi should be in, he’s still continuing forth with his tour, which would make it hard for him to be there for the 18-year-old.

On the other hand, Cissy Houston’s strength may be just what Bobbi Kristina needs to draw upon at this point, though there is the fear, that she could rebel.

New report: Bobbi Kristina “using drugs” after the funeral

UPDATE: The @OfficialBobbiKB Twitter account has been deactivated, which indicates the account was being managed by someone other than Bobbi Kristina. 

We fear for Bobbi Kristina and have deep concerns that she is so overcome with grief, that without some help, she could go off the rails- big time.

A new report coming in from The Daily Beast claims Bobbi Kristine was “using drugs” after Whitney’s funeral.

Following the event, she “disappeared” for a time and was found “using drugs,” two sources told the website. Bobbi was not found until this morning, prior to Whitney’s burial.

“Everyone was freaking out and calling Bobbi Kristina’s cell,” one source, a longtime family friend told The Daily Beast. “It was so much commotion and activity after the funeral that Bobbi Kristina just slipped away. Ms. Cissy was beside herself.”

Interestingly, at 1 am Bobbi Kristina tweeted: ’Crack is wack’ The Words Of My Angel”

One hour ago, she wrote: “People are so negative you wondering why I’m not replying.”

Now, all her previous tweets have been deleted.

Certainly, in the Houston camp, there has be to a lot of concern for this grieving teen right now.

Just hours after storming out of Whitney’s funeral, Bobby is back on stage

Bobby Brown claims that he didn’t want to make a scene after a seating fiasco, so he decided to leave Whitney Houston’s funeral early, thus attracting even more attention to himself.

Hours later, he was back on stage, performing with New Edition in Connecticut, where he paid tribute to his former wife in Bobby fashion.

“I want to give blessings to my ex-wife, Whitney Houston, I love you,” he said. “I want to give blessings to my kids, my fiancée (Alicia Etheridge), my brothers, and each of you.”

And, in what may be reflection of his personality, he added: ”And if you didn’t already know, I go by the name of bad-a– Bobby Brown.”

So classy!

Bobbi Kristina beside herself in grief as Whitney’s mom says: “I thank God for the beautiful flower he allowed me to raise and cherish for 48 years”

Tears spilled over much of the day today as superstars, friends and family gave Whitney Houston a fitting tribute honoring her in her deep-rooted gospel beginnings.

It is impossible to fathom how she fell victim to the ravages of drugs and alcohol with such strong family and community support, but perhaps, now it is easier to understand: She had a voice of angel that was dogged by demons of unworthiness. The greatest artists of all time, are maybe, never meant to be with us forever. Their gifts are so unique, that they are extraordinary, but what they wrestle with, is so monumental.

And, even her own mother, Cissy, acknowledged that Whitney was not meant to grace the earth for a long time.

“I never told you that when you were born, the Holy Spirit told me that you would not be with me long,” Cissy Houston wrote her daughter in a letter published in the program. “And I thank God for the beautiful flower he allowed me to raise and cherish for 48 years.”

“Rest, my baby girl in peace,” the letter ends.

Among those who attended today were Kevin Costner, Stevie Wonder and Alicia Keys, Chaka Khan, Brandy, Roberta Flack, Jordin Sparks, Jennifer Hudson, Clive Davis and singer Ray J, who broke down crying.

There were so many heartbreaking, tear-jerking moments….and Kevin Costner was so eloquent, so in tune with what Whitney was going through, that perhaps it gave us the greatest insight into what internally she was battling against.

And Bobby Brown’s little “performance” of storming out because NINE guests, not the TWO that were agreed upon couldn’t be seated reminds us all of how much he needs to GROW up.

Inside Whitney & Bobby’s former New Jersey home

It was the scene of many of the clips filmed for their reality show Being Bobby Brown.

Now, the home that Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown shared as a married couple is up for sale.

The New Jersey is on the market for $1.75 million.

The five-bedroom property, built in 1992 and located in Mendham Township, features high ceilings, four bathrooms, fireplaces and a gourmet kitchen.

In other Whitney news: Her funeral will be broadcast live online; there’s still no cause of death, though her doctors are being subpoenaed; and thankfully, Bobbi Kristina is doing much better.

Expert opinion: Bobbi Kristina needs love and professional help to get her through this dark time

If Bobbi Kristina is suicidal, as reports have suggested, she must be hospitalized at once! According to the Centers of Disease Control, teen suicide is the third leading cause of death for people aged 15 to 24.

This teen is in shock right now.

A mom and dad represent the only lifestyle a child knows.  Bobbi Kristina grew up surrounded by warring parents and heavy drug use. Now, she’s in shock because the lifestyle she has known throughout her life has just proven to be deadly.

She needs professionals who can help her.  Right now, she cannot be left alone.

In addition, her family will need to learn how to provide a safe environment for her to express her feelings.  Her feelings must come out, and they must not be judged. Professionals can show family members how to use these coping skills so that Bobbi Kristina can heal.

I certainly wish her my best.
