We know the suspense over whether Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie secretly tied the knot has probably lead to many a sleepless night.
But good news, you can now rest easy in the knowledge that the pair are still engaged.
Rumors sparked that the couple had wed after Angelina wore a simple gold band instead of her $500,000 diamond engagement ring on a visit to Africa this week.
However, Angelina has since denied it is a wedding band.
“Is that a wedding ring, Angelina?” a reporter asks in a video posted to TMZ.com. “No, it’s not,” she replies.
Brad said in November that the couple would marry ”soon,” but as of yet, no one has any idea of what soon means as no date has been set.

According to a new report, Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are set to wed within weeks.
PEOPLE magazine reports that the nuptials are expected to take place soon after Aniston wraps her current film in Connecticut on March 8.
The mag reports that the 44-year-old actress has already checked off some major tasks on her to-do list, including choosing wedding bands, setting a date and narrowing down dresses.
But it will not be a lavish production like her first wedding to Brad Pitt.
“It will be a small affair with their closest friends,” a source close to Aniston tells PEOPLE in this week’s cover story.
In the meantime, the bride-to-be is enjoying life with her future groom.
“Jen seems more confident than ever,” says the source, “and they’ve become a great team.”
We wonder if Brad and Angelina will ever make it down the aisle?
And so far in our numerous polls we ran last night, we have the first results. According to those who voted Jen and Justin rule the red carpet with 67 % leaving Brad and Ange in their wake with just 32 %.
They held hands, and at one point, Jennifer Aniston even fixed Justin Theroux’s bow tie, making this couple one of the cutest on the Oscars red carpet on Sunday night.
But what a difference four years makes.
The last time Jen attended the Oscars was with John Mayer and she seemed uncomfortable and unsure of herself. Given she was seeing Brad and Ange for the first time, who can blame her. And her relationship with Mayer wasn’t exactly the suff of fairy tales.
Fast forward four years, and Jen was confident and positively glowing as she walked the carpet with her now-fiance, Theroux.
And the 43-year-old was resplendent in a red Valentino gown, proving she is hotter than ever.

Brad Pitt reportedly gave his love Angelina Jolie a refreshing Valentine’s Day gift … breath mints.
The 37-year-old actress received Eatwhatever mints from Pitt, 49.
The vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free product includes one swallowable gel cap and a mint to suck on and was intended as a loving joke because “he always teases her that she has bad breath,” a source told Us Weekly.
“It’s a joke gift,” the source added. “He’ll also get her something more serious.”
As a FYI, three packs of Eatwhatever mints costs $7.50, but we are wondering if multimillionaire Pitt really splashed out and bought an entire box, which would have set him back $135.00.
Joke or not, it is kind of a pretty offensive Valentine’s Day gift, but as Jennifer Aniston once said. Pitt does lack a sensitivity chip.
With American unemployment rates at 8.9 percent and roughly 46.2 million people below the poverty line, Vivienne Jolie-Pitt is one lucky kid.
According to a contract obtained by TMZ, the four-year-old daughter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt earned $3,000 per week for her role in the upcoming movie Maleficent.
Knox‘s twin sister plays the child version of Elle Fanning’s Princess Aurora in the live-action film, and TMZ adds that Vivienne also received a per diem of $60 per day on set.
Pax and Zahara also had smaller parts in the flick. Shiloh was supposed to also be in the film, but according to Us Weekly, she was ”bored and not in the mood during the day her part was supposed to happen.”
