Stars hacked! ‘Secret files’ on celebs finances and personal information leaked onlin

A host of some of the biggest names in entertainment and politics saw their financial details or sensitive material published online on Monday.

Michelle Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Beyoncé, Britney Spears and Kim Kardashian were among the 17 famous stars who were targeted by website, exposed.su.

The security breach, which saw Social Security numbers and credit reports displayed, has even left the Los Angeles police and the FBI struggling with how to respond as they too were also targeted.

The Justice Department said Monday the FBI was investigating how the Social Security number, address and a credit report of FBI Director Robert Mueller ended up on the site.

The site’s main page, titled “The Secret Files,” has a picture of a teenage girl in zombie-like makeup shushing the viewer. Music from Showtime’s “Dexter” plays in the background as visitors are invited to click on a celebrity’s name and receive info including addresses, Social Security numbers, mortgage accounts and credit card numbers and bank accounts.

Some of the pages feature embarrassing pics of the celebs and political heavyweights.

“If you believe that God makes miracles, you have to wonder if Satan has a few up his sleeve,” the website says.

Social Security numbers allegedly belonging to Mel Gibson, Jay-Z and 15 others matched records in public databases.

Ashton Kutcher, Paris Hilton, Donald Trump, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Hulk Hogan and Sarah Palin were also targeted in the cyber hacking.

The site, which has an internet suffix originating in the Soviet Union, was still active as of Tuesday.

One of the downsides of being a star is being confused for another celebrity by photographers.

But on this occasion, the paps really can’t be blamed for mistaking Carrie Underwood for say, Jessica Simpson or Britney Spears.

In what may deem suspicious, the country cutie exited a building that houses several doctors including that of a plastic surgeon, in the dark of the night on Thursday.

Covering her face, the singer was with heavy security as she left the building in Beverly Hills.

If you weren’t at the Oscars, the only other place to be was the annual Elton John Academy Awards Screening Party. Come to think of it, it was probably more fun than anyone was having  at the Awards. Stars of music, movies, TV and fashion gathered at the venue in West Hollywood Park to party, to support the Elton John AIDS foundation, and occasionally cheer an Oscar win.

The swanky event began with a GREY GOOSE ( a long-time supporter of The EJ Foundation) cocktail reception before guests sat down to dinner for the screening of the ceremony on giant screens around the venue. And throughout the 5-course dinner created by chef Gordon Ramsay, the GREY GOOSE Le Fizz glasses were topped up from specially created GREY GOOSE Le Fizz magnums.

When the Awards ceremony came to a close, an auction was held to benefit the Elton John AIDS Foundation which raised a total of $6 million (including ticket sales) – a record amount for the annual Oscars event. Emeli Sandé, who performed at the GREY GOOSE Winter Ball held in London in November, then gave another memorable performance in front of the 900 guests.

As well as Sir Elton John himself, this year’s attendees included: Bono, Sharon Stone, Jim Carrey (wearing giant plastic feet and tiny angel wings), Britney Spears, Tim Allen, Octavia Spencer, Steve Tyler, Melanie B, Randy Jackson, Dave Grohl, Heidi Klum, Naomi Campbell, Quincy Jones and Petra Nemcova.

Britney Spears has officially gone to the dark side!

The 31-year-old debuted darker locks at the Elton John AIDS foundation Oscar party on Sunday night.

The darker ’do could signal a new phase in Brit’s life — she recently split from fiancé Jason Trawick and left her role as judge on “The X Factor.”

Breaking Celebrity News: Britney Spears and Jason Trawick split

The singer has split from fiancé Jason Trawick, with the couple just now releasing a statement to People.

“Jason and I have decided to call off our engagement,” Spears says in the statement. “I’ll always adore him and we will remain great friends.”

Adds Trawick: “As this chapter ends for us a new one begins. I love and cherish her and her boys and we will be close forever.”

While her rep, Jeff Raymond, added: ”Britney Spears and Jason Trawick have mutually agreed to end their one-year engagement. As two mature adults, they came to the difficult decision to go their separate ways while continuing to remain friends.”

TMZ also reported that the split was ”friendly breakup” and Britney and Jason will remain friends.  As for why they split, we’re told they just “grew apart.”

The couple began dating in 2009 and got engaged in December of 2011.

The news of the split comes on the same day as Spears announced she “quit” the “X Factor” and in other developments, Trawick resigned as Britney’s co-conservator. Her father, Jamie Spears will remain her conservator.

Radar Online is also reporting that Trawick has moved out of the L.A home they shared.

Spears has been married twice before.

Britney quits the ‘X Factor’, but was she pushed?

Britney-Spears1After weeks of rumblings that Simon Cowell was set to fire her from ”The X Factor” because she was deemed too ”boring”, Britney Spears has beaten her boss to the punch by quitting the show.

Spears has reportedly quit “The X Factor” following Season 2, according to TMZ. Sources tell TMZ she loves the show but is working on recording her eighth album and then going on tour.

“Britney loves Simon, she likes Demi Lovato, but her thing is music,” a source tells TMZ.

However, while that source paints a picture that it was Spears desire to concentrate on music that led to her decision not to return to the show, The Hollywood Reporter claims the singer knew she was not going to be invited back.

“Spears was not going to be asked back and so she will not return for season three,” an insider revealed to THR.

The 31-year-old pop said she is “working hard” on a new album in a Twitter Q&A last month and is “excited” about it.

Spears was paid a whopping $15 million for her gig as a judge on the talent show, but Cowell had been banking on getting ”Crazy Britney” not ”Boring Britney”.

The biggest question remains, can any judge save Cowell’s ratings free fall?
