No wonder Lindsay Lohan cleaned up nicely for her big night!
She had plenty of extra time on her hands after arriving late for the Scary Movie 5 premiere in Hollywood on Thursday night.
The rehab-bound actress hit the red carpet a full 30 minutes after it was scheduled to close and just before the movie was about to start, E! News reported.
The 26-year-old still managed to get some red carpet photo-ops in with Charlie Sheen, who planted a kiss on her cheek and pretended to cop a feel of her breasts in her sleek Dolce and Gabbana dress.
While we anxiously await the reviews of her performance in the franchise, the next stop in the busy actress’s life is a weekend of paaaaaartying at Coachella.
On Wednesday, Sheen revealed that Lohan held the “Anger Management” crew “hostage” for four hours because she wasn’t feeling well (cough).

One is a respected actress who has carved out a credible career, the other is, umm, Lindsay Lohan. So, how you could confuse Amanda Seyfried and Lindsay is beyond comprehension.
But that is exactly what happened when Amanda jetted into Newark airport in New Jersey on Thursday.
“I just got mistaken for a Ms. Lohan at Newark Airport,” she tweeted.
Even though the pair do share a history after co-starring in Mean Girls nine years ago, they look absolutely nothing alike.
And personality-wise, they are like night and day.
In an interview with Teen Vogue a few years ago, Amanda said of the wayward starlet: “Lindsay was great on Mean Girls. I think that was before she got a little nuts.”
Speaking of the troubled 26-year-old actress, she is currently in Sao Paulo, Brazil doing some promotional work and is still sporting that mysterious bracelet that producers gave her to wear during her first day of filming on “Anger Management”.
And that brings us nicely to the sitcom, and the first snaps from Lindsay and Charlie Sheen have emerged.
The taxing role sees Lindsay playing herself, who according to Zap2it.com, she ends up being counselled by Sheen’s therapist after starring on a commercial for a Japanese gum called Number One Happy Whiskey Chew.
They tried to make her go to rehab and she said no, no, no.
It’s baffling that regardless of the endless trouble she finds herself in, Lindsay Lohan never seems to learn her lesson.
After her second day of filming Charlie Sheen’s FX sitcom “Anger Management” turned into a disaster, with her turning up late and barely stumbling through her lines, the 26-year-old was required to return to the set early Wednesday — and we beat everyone working on that set wished she never came back.
“She had to get up early to shoot the scenes before she flew out to Brazil,” one well-placed source told the New York Daily News. “She looked hungover and puked in the parking lot.”
The source said show producers asked her to return Wednesday because of drama the day before.
The 26-year-old allegedly arrived hours tardy for her second-day call time and became upset when shooting ran late and threatened to interfere with her personal plans for the evening.
“She threw a tantrum and wouldn’t come out of her trailer,” the source said. “She really pulled out all the stops.”
On Wednesday, the troubled actress was seen leaving Los Angeles en route to Brazil, where she is reportedly set to make a six-figure sum by promoting a Brazilian clothing label.
Lindsay Lohan is back to doing what she does best — getting an opportunity and screwing it up.
On Monday, it appeared the wayward actress was trying to clean up her act as she showed up early to the set of Charlie Sheen’s “Anger Management” and nailed her cameo performance.
Day two, however, was an entirely different story.
The New York Daily News reports that Lindsay was at least two hours late for her call time and showed up looking like she’d been out all night, the source said.
“She looked and sounded terrible today,” the source told the newspaper. “It was like night and day.”
Unfortunately the second day of shooting for her episode was the more critical one.
“Today was the harder day with more lines,” the source added. “It will just be edited down.”
It’s not as though her role in the sitcom is taxing — she is playing herself as a patient who develops feelings for Sheen’s therapist character, producer Lionsgate Television previously said.
Sources said she agreed to the “Anger Management” cameo after Sheen cut her a check for $100,000 to help pay her tax bill.
The episode is set to air in April.
The 26-year-old was last week sentenced to 90-days of inpatient rehab, 18 months of psychotherapy and 30 days of community service.
The judge gave her until May 2 to enroll in a residential treatment facility because she was adamant that she attend this year’s Coachella festival.
Jacintha Saldanha, the nurse found dead just days after Michael Christian and Mel Greig’s prank call, left a suicide note, according to British media outlets. The contents of the note have not been revealed. A post-mortem examination on the nurse begun Tuesday.
Meanwhile, advertising will resume on 2Day FM, the show behind the hoax call, on Thursday and the station has said that a minimum contribution of $500,000 will be made to an appropriate memorial fund which will directly benefit the family.[news.com.au]

After being fired in 2011 from the hit series “Two and a Half Men” and taking aim at the show’s creator, Chuck Lorre in a string of interviews and online, the actor is now sitting back and taking in the latest unscripted drama.
Yesterday, the world was somewhat aghast as pint-sized star Angus T. Jones called the CBS sitcom “filth” and asked viewers to “please stop watching” in an online video.
Now Sheen is having his say.
“With Angus’s Hale-Bopp-like meltdown, it is radically clear to me that the show is cursed,” Sheen told PEOPLE.
In the new video for the Forerunner Christian Church, part of the Seventh Day Adventist movement, Jones, who plays Jake, says he no longer wants to be part of the program.
“I’m on Two and a Half Men and I don’t want to be on it,” he says on the clips below. “Please stop watching it and filling your head with filth. People say it’s just entertainment.
“Do some research on the effects of television and your brain, and I promise you you’ll have a decision to make when it comes to television and especially with what you watch on television … it’s bad news.”
One of the most interesting tidbits to emerge from the day was that Jones was dating before he found God and remains a virgin today– which is the opposite of his TV character.
“At the time, I also started dating this girl, and when I look back now, I see that as a time when the enemy was trying to push me in that direction. But God knew he was going to pull me out at the last second,” Jones said.

So, is Charlie having fun on the new set?:
“I am. It was the first time in a while that I was excited to get to work and then sad to leave. There’s an environment there that welcomes all types of input, myself included. I don’t feel like just a hired gun or a puppet. Everybody there is striving for the same goal, which is really exciting.”
