Exclusive - Farrah Abraham Shows Off Her New & Improved Breast Implants

She’s gone from somewhat girl next door to sex tape star, so it  seems only fitting that “Teen Mom” Farrah Abraham needs to resemble more of a porn star these days.

And what better way to look like one that with bigger boobs.

Only two months ago, Farrah Abraham could not stop talking about how hot she looked in her new porn video, Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom.

But clearly she didn’t look hot enough.

Now, In Touch can exclusively reveal that on May 31, just three days after she turned 22 (the FDA’s minimum age for a woman to get silicone breast implants), Farrah went under the knife again.

Her fourth surgery in less than three years and her second breast augmentation, Farrah explains to In Touch, on newsstands now, why she chose to replace her saline implants with silicone ones and jump from a C-cup to a D-cup.

Farrah says she upgraded because her saline implants “felt like water balloons.” Now, she tells In Touch, “I look more natural. I want to look my best. And I’m looking amazing.”

Looking “amazing” has cost the single mom nearly $30,000 for a nose job, a chin implant and the two boob jobs, coughing up $7,145 for her newest addition, done by Dr. David Finkle in Omaha, Neb.

And even after all of her nips and tucks, Farrah isn’t ruling out more plastic surgery down the road. “There’s definitely some pain, but that’s expected,” says the reality star, adding that she can’t work out or pick up her child for a month. “What if I have a freak accident and I need something fixed, or if age gets to me, or I have more children and want a ‘mommy makeover’?”

However she disputes the fact her boobs are of the porn-status variety.

 “I’m very realistic about keeping myself natural, ” she says.

‘Teen Mom’ Farrah Abraham opens up about her seven-figured sex tape payday, which features ‘stunning backdoor scenes’

Do you ever wonder what happened to the world of entertainment, and more specifically, how it was once littered with glamorous stars?

That was way before the Kardashians burst onto the scene.

In these new modern times, we have the likes of a mom, whose claim to fame is having a child as a teenager, cashing in on a sex tape.

Only one day after news broke that Farrah Abraham sold her sex tape to Vivid Entertainment for a May release, she opens up exclusively to In Touch about her pornography debut — and the hefty payday that came with it.

The mag reports;

“I am happy with the seven-figure settlement I have reached with what I feel to be the best adult entertainment company in the industry, Vivid,” Farrah exclusively tells In Touch. “I look forward to my future goals of completing my Master’s degree and focusing on being a great mother for my daughter as well as many other culinary business endeavors in my future.”

The reality star’s professionally directed sex tape, which is titled Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom, will be released online at vivid.com on May 6 and it will be sold in stores nationwide on May 14.

“This is a risk for me to take; however, I feel comfortable with giving the rights to Vivid, a company I know can handle the media and press surrounding my sexuality,” Farrah tells In Touch.

Mother to 4-year-old Sophia, Farrah claims she intended the filmed romp with porn star James Deen to be for her eyes only — until she received “great feedback” and began shopping around for potential sales offers.

“I think many fans will be shocked at how truly explicit it is, including stunning backdoor scenes,” Vivid Entertainment founder and co-chairman Steve Hirsch said in a press release about the tape. “Farrah’s looks remind me of a young Kim Kardashian, and we all know how her story turned out.”

“I am very pleased with the outcome and to have this opportunity to be an entrepreneur in another unexpected light in my life,” Farrah tells In Touch.

Selling a sex tape is now considered to be entrepreneurial?

Farrah Abraham on her DUI arrest: I was ‘sipping on drinks to pass the time’

“Teen Mom” star Farrah Abraham is using every excuse under the sun to explain her March 18 DUI arrest.

The troubled teen claims that she wasn’t drunk when she busted, despite having an alcohol level of .147 – almost twice Nebraska’s legal limit of 0.08.

Instead, she insists that she was sick and that was what had a negative effect on the test’s result

In a lengthy exclusive interview with In Touch magazine, of which you can read in its entirety below, she is opening up about the details of that night;

“It was St. Patrick’s Day and I was out with my sister. I did not plan to drink because I was sick, so I took the role of being in charge and making sure my sister and I would return home together and safely,” Farrah, 21, tells In Touch. “At 10 p.m., I tried to leave, and at that time, my sister was not ready to leave, so I had been sipping on drinks to pass the time.”

Farrah goes on to tell In Touch that her sister was ready to leave around 12:30 a.m. but refused to walk to the car, as she was hoping to leave with someone else. To avoid an argument, Farrah went to retrieve the car with plans of picking up her sister when she noticed a heavy police presence in the area and chose to park the car at her own will.

“When I was parked, a police officer asked me what I was doing, so I told him I was worried about my sister and I was trying to go home,” Farrah tells In Touch. “They insisted on the regular questions and asked me to get out of the car. I got out of the car, and because I was upset, I yelled.”

Moments later, Farrah was administered a breathalyzer test by the police, which revealed a blood alcohol level of .147 – almost twice Nebraska’s legal limit of 0.08.

But, according to Farrah, it was her illness that had a negative effect on the test’s results. “Because I’m sick, I could not give an accurate breathalyzer test, due to coughing and shortage of breath,” the reality star says. “I have a lawyer and all will work out with my ticket.”

$21,000 of plastic surgery later, Teen Mom Farrah Abraham reveals: ‘I finally feel gorgeous’

She is only 21, but “Teen Mom” star Farrah Abraham has already shelled out $21,000 on three plastic surgeries including a rhinoplasty and a chin implant.

And to say she is thrilled with the results, is an understatement.

“I finally feel gorgeous,” she tells In Touch, where she exclusively reveals the results of plastic surgery after recently going under the knife…again!

“I’ve hated my nose since I was 13,” the single mom, who had her first plastic surgery procedure, a breast augmentation, in 2010, tells In Touch. Now, after her latest surgery — performed Oct. 7 in Bal Harbour, Fla., by Dr. Michael Salzhauer, Farrah says she’s thrilled with the results. “I don’t have to hate anything on my face ever again,” she says.

And even after spending a total of $21,000 on altering her body ($16,000 on her face and $5,000 on her breasts) Farrah tells In Touch she has no regrets: “I hate that my surgeries cost this much, but it was worth it.”

“There was pain,” admits Farrah, although she insists she “wasn’t insecure” before the surgeries. “But it was very worth it.”

But it does beg the question, when is it too young to go under the knife?

The Colgate Optic White Beauty Bar kicked off with a bang on Friday at 901 Salon in Los Angeles. A slew of celebrities and tastemakers, including Amber Lancaster, Ashley Tisdale, Audrina Patridge, Courtney Robertson, Farrah Abraham, Kathy Hilton, Janel Parrish, Jessica Hall, Jodie Sweetin, Maria Menounos, Nicky Hilton, Taylor Armstrong, and more were pampered with the ultimate in VIP treatments.

Guests were treated to makeup consultations by celebrity makeup artists at the Colgate Opic White “Find You Best Smile” lipstick station as they learned about the perfect shade of color to enhance their pearly whites.
