So, is John Travolta guilty of sexual harassment? Well, it’s impossible at this precise moment to clarify either way.
Two unidentified masseurs have stepped forward with lawsuits against Travolta, claiming charges of assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. And more are set to come out of the woodwork.
One of the accusers alleges the incident occurred at the Beverly Hills Hotel on January 16, 2012, but Travolta’s lawyer have provided TMZ with photos and a restaurant receipt proving that in fact, he was in New York on the day of question.
The only way we can surmise this scandalous situation is by sharing with you some information provided to us by Hollywood insider.
“I’ve heard stories about Travolta and bath houses for years now and from many different people… all men,” the insider says. “Some gay, some straight.”
The insider adds: “He actually followed a friend of mine out of a bath house and suggested they hook up, my friend said ‘thanks’, but he was straight. Travolta didn’t want to take no for an answer and followed him in his car… he was frightened, to say the least.”
Meanwhile Travolta’s attorney Marty Singer has refuted the allegations from the beginning saying, “On the date when the plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast.”
Both plaintiffs are seeking $2 million dollars in damages and are prepared to let a jury decide who is telling the truth.
