Chris Brown’s dad was right!
Summing up the sentiment of many, Clinton Brown said last week that his son and Rihanna should have never got back together.
“I personally really didn’t want him and Rihanna back together,” Clinton said when he sat down for an exclusive interview with the Daily News.
And he revealed he worries the roller-coaster romance could fly off the rails and end in tragedy.
“I hate to use examples, but Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and Amy Winehouse — I mean I could go on and on!”
But maybe he shouldn’t worry too much — it seems Brown and Rihanna’s relationship may have already come to a screeching halt.
In the latest developments between the troubled pair, Rihanna has been pictured getting flirty with a handsome fan and Brown has unfollowed the singer on Twitter.

Rihanna was pictured with Justin Laboy on Sunday in a series of Twitter images with the pair affectionately pecking each other on the cheek.
“Me and my wife @Rihanna out here tonight,” Laboy wrote in one of the captions accompanying the photos.
Brown then took to Twitter Monday and appeared to be in a really bad mood.
“S**t is overrated now a days,” he said in a tweet late in the early hours of Monday.
“Just remember to keep ya muthaf****n head up,” he added,
He has also since unfollowed Rihanna on Twitter, and is now re-following his other ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran.
