Remember lovely actor Lacey Chabert from “Party of Five” and Mean Girls? Well, she’s all grown up now and we got the scoop on what she’s up to in one of the best places for girl talk – the Salon. In this case, it was the Gavert-Atelier in Beverly Hills with star colorist Sherry Ratay (to read more about Sherry, check out our profile on her.)
Turns out, Lacey is about to celebrate her 30th birthday AND she’s has just become engaged. She shared that she would like an intimate wedding but since her beau is from Persian decent, he favors a big wedding.
Sherry was using the ‘All American Balayage’, technique on Lacey , a hair coloring speciality designed to create naturalistic highlights. Done right, it gives the client the beachy blonde look, but not every colorist has mastered the technique. If they don’t know how to sweep the hair quickly and lay it on the hair properly you can have ugly bleed or “leopard” spots. Celeb stylist Mika Fowler gave her a beautiful cut to compliment the color.Check out Lacey’s “before” and “after” photos!

3-5 inches of lighter brighter pieces floating 4-6 inches down the hair. While having the front frame being kissed by lighter brighter golden shades.
