Could this be world’s worst boss? Jack Terz is accused of allegedly urinating on an employee’s clothes and biting him

You’re not supposed to like your boss or be friends with them. Fact. And your Friday night, Saturday and Sunday morning are filled with joy, until the afternoon descends and you get that dreaded feeling in your stomach that your work week is about to begin all over again.

All of us at some point in time have been on the receiving end of some brutal boss behavior….but one New Yorker is in the running for being the most hideous boss ever.

In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court this week, Albert Sultan has accused his former boss Real estate broker Jack Terzi  of abuse that included cutting four-letter insults, sharp flying objects and bizarre fines.

Oh, and urinating in Sultan’s clothes during a three-year reign of terror in their Manhattan office are also included in the claims.

According to the New York Daily News, Sultan, hired shortly after Terzi launched his company in 2009, “became emotionally distraught, was humiliated and embarrassed … by the systematic and continuous unlawful harassment,” charged the 15-page suit filed Wednesday.

Court papers contain a cruel recital of Terzi’s perverse management style, including the time he “urinated on a garment” belonging to Sultan as others watched.

Terzi was accused of throwing a shoe and a pair of scissors at his young assistant, hurling insults like “f—— idiot” and “piece of s—“ — and repeatedly “sneezing in (Sultan’s) face in a contemptuous fashion.”

Sultan was forced to pay $15 for every minute he was late to work and $30 for every minute he left early. The fine would soar to $1,000 if the employee missed a Sunday or “failed secretarial duty”.

Sounds like Terzi had prime real estate on eyeing up the landscape of the World’s Worst Boss.

Got a horror boss story? We want to hear about employer terror in the workplace….silence doesn’t extinguish the inner pain and turmoil….words do!

It just gets worse and worse for John Travolta as another male masseur files a sexual battery lawsuit

It has been quite the tumultuous two days for John Travolta. First, the report of one accuser   filing a lawsuit for sexual battery, and now, another comes forward.

Is John’s world crumbling? Perhaps.

We must warn everyone in advance that this latest report from RadarOnline is more disturbing that the first report filed… it certainly is not for the fainthearted. Seriously!

They write….

A second accuser — another male masseur — filed a $2 million sexual battery lawsuit against John Travolta Tuesday morning and claims to have “substantial documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the substance of Travolta’s actions,” according to the docs, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

The second alleged victim is also being represented by the same lawyer as the first accuser, and in the amended complaint, both are now suing Travolta for sexual harassment as well.

As we previously reported, Travolta is being sued by an unidentified male masseur for assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. According to the lawsuit, the masseur tried to carry out a deep tissue massage, but “Travolta, had removed his draping and was masturbating. Travolta’s penis was fully erect, and was roughly 8 inches in length, and his pubic hair was wirey and unkempt. Sweat was pouring down Travolta’s neck, and he asked Plaintiff again to say something nice to him.”

Travolta’s rep vehemently denied the initial sexual battery lawsuit that was filed on Monday and said in a statement, “This lawsuit is a complete fiction and fabrication. None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred. The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie. It is for that reason that the plaintiff hasn’t been identified with a name, even though it is required to do so. On the date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California, and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast. Plaintiff’s attorney has filed this suit to try and get his 15 minutes of fame. John intends to get this case thrown out, and then he will sue the attorney and Plaintiff for malicious prosecution.”

The unidentified male masseur is being repped by the same attorney who filed the initial sexual battery lawsuit against the Oscar nominated actor. According to the lawsuit, which was filed Tuesday morning in Federal Court in Los Angeles, the second victim alleges that while working at an unspecified resort in Atlanta, Georgia on January 28, 2012, he did an in-room massage on Travolta. According to the docs, Travolta was staying on the 15th floor of the upscale resort, and he was referred to as Mr. White. The Plaintiff doesn’t normally do in-room massages and asked a co-worker to take the assignment, but he declined because “Travolta has been banned from a spa that the coworker used to work at in Los Angeles.”

On the morning of the massage Travolta had “a strange demeanor, bloodshot eyes and climbed onto the already setup massage table…Travolta removed the entire sheet from his body, and he claimed the sheets were sticky and could not tolerate the heat…Travolta further indicated that he likes a lot of “Glutes” work meaning a massage on his buttocks…While he was massaging near Travolta’s buttocks area, Travolta would open his legs and spread his butt cheeks open and had a full erection and would maneuver in a way to try to force Doe Plaintiff No. 2 to touch his anus and around his anus.”

As the massage came to an end “Travolta suddenly turned on his stomach with his legs wide open with a full erection. He then tried to force Doe Plaintiff No. 2′s hand on Travolta’s scrotum. Then, Travolta started to grab, rub and caress Doe Plaintiff no. 2′s upper thighs and buttocks….Travolta still had an erection and wanted his abdominal done, but Travolta’s erection was in the way and he refused to have his penis covered by a sheet of a pillow case cover…Travolta started masturbating about 15 minutes left in the session, and Doe Plaintiff No.2, said he had to go,” the docs state.

The masseur “complained to all of his supervisors and many coworkers to no avail.” Travolta allegedly went down “to the spa that Plaintiff No. 2 worked at, which is part of the resort Travolta was staying at, as opposed to having Doe Plaintiff No. 2 go to his room. Travolta DEMANDED that Doe Plaintiff No. 2 come back and do it again, and he refused,” the lawsuit asserts.

According to Access Atlanta, Travolta was spotted eating dinner at The Palm restaurant in the swanky enclave of Atlanta, Buckhead around January 25 2012, and he was in town filming the movie Killing Season with Robert De Niro in Georgia.

Travolta’s pit-bull attorney, Marty Singer, told us on Monday, that “The problem in America is anyone can sue anyone. However, in this case this unidentified plaintiff and his lawyer will regret they filed this fabricated suit. We intend to sue both of them for malicious prosecution.”

Singer, who was recently named as the top entertainment lawyer of the year by the Beverly Hills Bar Association, says unequivocally that he can prove Travolta was on the east coast when the masseur alleges the sexual battery took place in a Beverly Hills hotel. “My client was on the east coast,” Singer told RadarOnline.com, referring to the lawsuit’s key date of January 16, 2012.

Travolta has been married to actress Kelly Preston since 1991. The couple’s oldest child**, Jett, died in 2009. The couple have two other children, daughter, Ella Bleu, and their toddler son, Benjamin, born in 2010.

The alleged second victim is also seeking $2 million dollars in damages and a jury trial, and Okorcha maintains that both clients are ready to face off against Travolta in court.

What are your thoughts on this developing story?

New Developments in the John Travolta lawsuit: His spokesperson calls it “fiction”, while the accuser claims he has more proof of sexual misconduct

The latest scandal engulfing John Travolta shows no signs of abating. Despite his spokesperson vehemently denying the charges of sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional stress, the unidentified plaintiff insists he has more proof of Travolta’s wrongdoings.

In the lawsuit, the unidentified plaintiff claims that Travolta made sexual advances at him during a massage session in Beverly Hills. The plaintiff alleges that the actor “shamelessly stripped down naked in front” of him and was “semi-erect” before things even got started. Travolta then allegedly started rubbing the plaintiff’s leg before being asked to stop; and just moments later, touched the victim’s “scrotum” while snickering “like a mischievous child.”

The plaintiff says that he reminded Mr. Travolta multiple times that sexual acts in exchange for money were illegal, but Travolta’s rebuttal was, “Come on dude, I’ll jerk you off!”

Yesterday, a spokesperson for Travolta denied the charges, saying: “This lawsuit is complete fiction and fabrication. None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred.

“The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie…On that date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast.

“Plaintiff’s attorney has filed this suit to try and get his 15 minutes of fame. John intends to get this case thrown out and then he will sue the attorney and Plaintiff for malicious prosecution.”

However, this morning, RadarOnline is exclusively reporting that  the unidentified plaintiff has no plans of backing away from the lawsuit and has more proof of the alleged incident.

They report….

The man who is accusing John Travolta of assault and sexual battery is firing back at the statements made by the A-list actor’s lawyer.

Marty Singer, the pit bull legal ace who is repping Travolta, told RadarOnline.comthat the lawsuit that the male masseur “John Doe” filed against his client is totally unfounded.

Despite Singer’s statement that Travolta was not in Los Angeles on January 16, 2012, and that the accusations are “complete fiction and fabrication,” John Doe tells a different story.

“I have proof to support the truth that I’m telling,” he said, but would not reveal the specific details about his proof.

According to the lawsuit documents, the massage began in a bungalow at The Beverly Hilton Hotel and “Travolta appeared to be semi-erect.”

The lawsuit goes on to claim that a chef brought in hamburgers during the massage and Travolta “touched Plaintiff’s scrotum, and this time the Plaintiff told Travolta to please not touch him again.”

The lawsuit states that the actor promised not to, but “Travolta quickly tried to rub the head of Plaintiff’s penis as he tried to pull away.”

Singer told RadarOnline.com that John Doe would “regret” filing the lawsuit, which incensed him.

“I represent the 99 per cent of the population, the working class, and I was put in an inappropriate situation that I didn’t put myself in.  It is not for Mr. Singer to deny me my right!”

John Doe said he has no intention of backing down and isn’t afraid of going forward with his lawsuit.

He said he thinks his case is strong against the Pulp Fiction star. “I passed a lie detector test for theNational Enquirer, and I’m telling the truth about what happened.”

John Doe said that his experience with Travolta “started out polite and charming, but then when things didn’t go his way things digressed.”

Now that he’s filed the lawsuit, John Doe told RadarOnline.com he’s not backing down.

“I’m ready for my day in court.”

The unidentified plaintiff is seeking $2 million in damages.
