In a tense finale, former Bachelor Melissa Rycroft and her dance partner Tony Dovolani were crown the winners of the Dancing With the Stars All-Stars .
The pair beat out runner-up Shawn Johnson — the gymnast to whom she lost in Season 8 — and actress Kelly Monaco, Dancing’s first winner in 2005.
“I cannot believe it,’ Rycroft told USA TODAY afterwards. “I’m standing here, holding the All-Star trophy.”
When they were on stage, “I think we were in shock,” she said. “When it was down to the two of us, I just assumed it would be them. It had to be the Olympian. So now I’m just really proud of what we achieved here. It’s just incredible.”
Following their big win, the pair were on “Jimmy Kimmel Live”.
Stars headed to the Wella Beauty Bar at Nine Zero One Salon over the weekend to get some last minute pampering ahead of the Golden Globes.
Jessica Szhor, Cheryl Burke, Busy Philipps, Ali Fedotowsky, Karina Smirnoff, Carmen Electra, Maria Menounos, Leah Renee, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, Giuliana Rancic, Stephanie Pratt, Amber Lancaster, Camille Grammer, Kim Richards, Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth, Melissa Rycroft & Tye Strickland were just some of the stars that popped into sample Schick Quattro for Women, Fake Bake, Miami Oasis, Bio-Oil, UV Vodka and Teleflora.

Karina Smirnoff can’t seem to get enough of Dancing with the Stars after winning the last season, spotted giving guests at Wella Beauty Bar private salsa dancing lessons. After a few demo moves, she slipped into her salon chair for a blowout, manicure, and makeup application – telling everyone how she loves to get pampered. In good spirits, she even yelled “Opa!” when a stylist shattered a glass on the floor to lighten the mood in the room. Just coming back from Hawaii, the dancer told a friend that she felt refreshed and prepared for her next trip to Vegas on Sunday, as she winked and said “Wish it was true that whatever happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.” To complete her look, she stopped by Fake Bake, and told the rep that she loves tanning and used to tan the night before every tapping of DWTS. She enjoyed UV Vodka cupcakes and a mimosa.
Jessica Szhor wanted the spotlight to be focused on her guy friend Cameron on Friday at Wella Beauty Bar, getting him set up for a spa manicure and a glass of champagne, as she sat beside him getting a hand massage from Bio-Oil in theGreater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau lounge. She was in a friendly mood talking to everyone in the room. Jessica was overheard telling a story about how her friend wanted to drive home drunk after dinner, and she stopped him by texting “Don’t drink and drive!!” to his phone. Props for Jessica…
Camille Grammer was shadowed by her new lover, attorney Dmitri Charalambopoulos, who stayed by the housewives’ side as she made her way throughWella Beauty Bar to grab the new vibrating Schick Quattro razor. The couple joked saying they would get naughty and use the product at home. Apparently Dmitri keeps up with Camille’s busy schedule explaining to a friend that the two just came from her show rehearsal. Camille also left with a bottle of Bio-Oil, saying “Isn’t Bio-Oil for stretch marks? This product is great, I do love it.”
It was mother & daughter spa day at Wella Beauty Bar this past weekend, as stars like Maria Menounos, Kim Richards, and Busy Philipps, all got pampered with their moms or kids. Maria Menounos directly went for the combs, scissors, and Wella Professionals products as she seated her mom Stavroula in a chair to get styled for the big night – a full day of treatments before award shows has become a tradition for the two. And speaking of close families, when asked about Kim Kardashian’s divorce, Marie answered, “We are friends. I feel bad for her. People make mistakes.” Across the room, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Kim Richards asked for five Bio-Oilbottles – one for each daughter. Kim told a friend that she is more balanced, not with Ken anymore, and getting along with her sister Kyle Richards. She even passed up a drink for Fiji water. In a salon chair close by, Busy Philipps’ daughter Birdie was brushing mommy’s hair before asking for matching braids. Busy herself was copying the hair style from an old picture of Drew Barrymore. Birdie told onlookers that “I’m going to be a flower girl,” but Busy quickly commented “pretend flower girl on the show.”
Haylie Duff arrived to Wella Beauty Bar with friends Leah Renee and Jenna Dewan-Tatum, talking about her sister Hilary’s pregnancy. Excited to add another boy to the family and thankful that Hilary was not experiencing the dreaded morning sickness. His name? She said that’s between his parents. And what is Auntie Haylie working on now? A new healthy cookbook! The actress has also been redecorating her home, due to some recent advice from a psychic, “I was told by a psychic recently that my spirit guide was a seahorse.” Upon receiving this advice, Haylie purchased two black leather vintage chairs with printed sea horses – now her favorite furniture. She treated her hands to some pampering, telling a friend that, “I’m a Texas girl, I rock the French manicure still,” and providing her best beauty advice to onlookers, “wash your face every night.”
Giuliana Rancic was back on track this past weekend, and looking healthier than ever. The E! News host was in full swing as she quickly stopped by the Wella Beauty Bar before rushing off to red carpet rehearsals. Before leaving, she picked up the new vibrating Schick Quattro razor for Joan Rivers, saying this is perfect for her!
Love was in the air as Melissa Rycroft and Tye Strickland walked the halls ofWella Beauty Bar on Saturday. Their happiness was infectious as everyone stopped to catch a glimpse of the two lovebirds canoodling in the Schick Quattro for Women photo booth. The couple couldn’t keep their hands off of each other! Melissa and Tye raved about their new CMT reality TV show, MELISSA AND TYE: A NEW REALITY, scheduled to air in April 2012. The couple described the show as very “Tori and Dean-esque” – a behind the scene look at their own home sweet home with daughter Ava. ABC’s new season of The Bachelor was the topic of conversation in theFake Bake lounge. Bachelor Favorite Melissa said, “I wouldn’t want my daughter to be on The Bachelor, look what a hot mess mom was!”
