Here comes the bride!

Kate Bosworth is in the midst of  planning a summer wedding with her fiancé, Michael Polish.

Life & Style is reporting that the 30-year-old actress is keeping the details hush-hush and has told only a few close friends about her plans. “Kate is really in love and wants a small, intimate wedding,” an insider dishes in the new issue of Life & Style, on newsstands now.

In non-bridezilla fashion, Kate, the insider tells Life & Style, has even asked her mother, Patricia Potter, to plan her big day. “Kate’s very close with her parents, and they live in LA for around six months every year, so she decided to recruit her mom to help out,” the source explains.

Kate and Michael,42, met on the set of Big Sur in summer 2011, and the couple announced their engagement in August 2012.

See It: Kate Bosworth sings a rendition of Winter Wonderland in Topshop Christmas film

She is known for being effortlessly chic and always ahead of the fashion pack. So, it comes as no surprise that Kate Bosworth has been revealed to be the star of Topshop’s Christmas campaign.

In the mini-movie, which was directed by real-life fiancé, Michael Polish, Bosworth performs her own rendition of  Winter Wonderland  and the Christmas film draws inspiration from Michelle Pffeifer’s famous  piano scene in The Fabulous Baker  Boys.

And what does come as a surprise, is that Bosworth can really sing.

Bosworth said she was thrilled to be part of the Topshop family, saying: “This project  brings together two  important aspects of my life: cinema and fashion.

“I have always been a  fan of the Topshop  brand and it has been an honour to work with Sir  Phillip and the team. I hope  everyone enjoys watching it as much as we  did making it.”

While Kate Phelan, Topshop’s Creative Director, was beyond thrilled with the end results.

“I think Kate looks effortlessly cool in  this  film,” she said. “Her voice is spellbinding and I can imagine every girl will  want to be wearing Topshop this Christmas when they see her  performance.”

The festive song was released on iTunes last  night, with the hope that it will be a contender for the UK’s Christmas No 1  spot.

Kate Bosworth and Michael Polish looked picture perfect as they did some afternoon tasks in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

To keep hydrated in the heat, Kate was spotted sipping VITA COCO on the sunny afternoon.

Last year, Kate describe Michael in an interview as her “life partner”, and the pair has been spotted wearing matching gold bands on their wedding fingers.
