Shocking report: Rachel Ray’s husband caught visiting Manhattan swing club

The National Enquirer today made the bombshell claims that Rachel Ray’s husband has frequented  a swinger’s club in Manhattan.

A source told the publication that John Cusimano has visited Checkmate, a club that describes itself as an exclusive alternative lifestyle venue for “couples and single ladies only.”

The source explained that he had been spotted at the club at least six times- both before and after his marriage to the celebrity chef- and, on one occasion, was seen with a female escort.

Ray never accompanied her husband.

“After a bit of socializing at the buffet and the bar, John would always make his way to the back room. And every time he was observed in the coed locker room, he never took a shower alone,” the source said.

A rep for Ray has not returned any media requests for comment.

Rumors of Ray’s husband’s infidelity have come up before, and she has repeatedly denied reports that there is trouble in her marriage.

Checkmate, which is located on E. 56th St. in Manhattan, boasts on its website that it is a selective lifestyle establishment with a “velvet rope” policy.
