Katy Perry is putting her short-lived marriage to Russell Brand well and truly in the past, as was evident by her appearance at the DirecTV Super Saturday.
Life & Style magazine have spoken to the lucky man who got cozy with the songstress.
They write….
Katy Perry is single and ready to mingle! During her performance at the DirecTV Super Saturday party in Indianapolis, she asked male audience members to strip down.
“I was wondering if there was any cute gentlemen that would take their T-shirt off for me,” she asked the audience, which included Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka. Friends of 21-year-old Pete Lakoff quickly removed his. “I was front row, and people took my shirt off for me. I didn’t take it off,” the Purdue University student tells Life & Style exclusively.
Katy noticed his taut body and called him up onstage, where she gave him a long kiss on the cheek. A flustered Pete quickly jumped offstage, but Katy was quick to scold him.
“I didn’t know the boys in Indiana didn’t give back,” she said. “You better get your ass onstage or you’re going to humiliate yourself.”
Katy brought Pete back up and asked him to kiss her, which he gladly did. “It was such a long kiss that Katy eventually had to push him off her–smiling the whole time,” an eyewitness tells Life & Style. “She has the softest cheeks,” Pete tells Life & Style. “It was phenomenal.”
Katy was in a pretty phenomenal mood herself. “She looked amazing,” an eyewitness says. “She was in great shape and seemed to really be enjoying herself.”

We’ve seen the photos of her comforting her husband Tom Brady after yesterday’s New England Patriots Super Bowl XLVI loss.
And behind the scenes, it seems the Gisele Bundchen erupted and was overheard complaining: “My husband can not f*cking throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time.”
“I can’t believe they dropped the ball so many times!” she is said to have said as she made her way through Indianapolis, Indiana’s Lucas Oil Stadium, according to theinsider.com.
She is a protective wife, that’s for sure….
