Ahmad Givens, known as “Real” from VH1′s show “Real Chance Of Love”, has been diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer, which has now spread to his lungs and liver.
Our friends over at Sun Of Hollywood have started a fundraiser to provide financial support for the medical expenses necessary to save Real’s life.
