The Nutrition Twins weigh in on frail Demi

We understand the notion of eating and emotions, and we feel for Demi Moore, with her gaunt appearance showing the stresses and strains of the past few months.
So,  we consulted Tammy and Lyssie Lakato aka  The Nutrition Twins , who have some good advice on how she can get her heath back on track.
They write;

The twins have some good advice for Demi

Demi Moore has appeared to drop a bit of weight recently. She is small to begin with, so when someone that thin loses weight, you see it even more. It’s reported that Demi is about 5’5 tall and by the looks of her in that picture, our guess is that she may weigh about 100 pounds. Her ideal body weight falls somewhere between 112.5- 137.5.
To lose weight as quickly as she has appeared to, it’s possible that her caloric intake dropped to 1000 calories a day.
Demi needs about 1,700 calories each day to maintain a weight of 112 pounds.  We would recommend that she increases her caloric intake to about 2000 calories a day to gain the weight back that she lost.  If she is resistant to eating 2000 calories a day, and eats 1700 a day, gradually she will gain the weight and will be eating to maintain the 112. 
Again, if she is resistant, we would suggest at least adding a smoothie for a snack–blended fruits and yogurt and a little peanut butter (about 500 calories) and then having a snack of hummus on a small whole wheat pita pocket or a snack of a trail mix or yogurt with dried fruit.
