Totally Tuned In: Long lost love letters unearthed by Hurricane Sandy - A 14-year-old discovered the World War II love notes washed up on the New Jersey shoreline and vows they will be returned to their owner

Out of tragedy comes the occasional story of sweetness and love.

A 14-year-old boy stumbled upon a collection of love letters, written by a New Jersey woman to  her boyfriend, while walking with his mother along a shore in the Atlantic  Highlands, N.J., a day after Sandy struck.

The boy and his mother are intent upon returning them to their rightful owner.

“I wanted to return them to whoever they belonged to,” the teen’s mother,  Kathleen Chaney, told WNBC-TV. “They’re beautiful. She obviously adored  him.”

So sweet!
