A new promotional video made by Chengdu city officials publicising a range of “panda cabs” featuring lookalikes playing Kate, Prince William and the Queen is raising some eyebrows. The trio are seen standing outside a palace trying to hail a taxi and it paints the Duchess of Cambridge as somewhat of a gold-digger.
