The wife of Raymond Roth, a swimmer who was reported missing off the coast of Jones Beach on Saturday but later turned up alive in Florida, spoke out over the incident on Friday.

Evana Roth said she feels sad over the fact that her husband “put a lot of people in danger” during search efforts.

Even before he was found alive in Florida, Evana Roth said that there was suspicious evidence in her husband’s computer, like a new email account and emails that detailed plans to fake his own death.

She also went on to say that she had begun planning his funeral.
