This is the first clip of Prince William since it was announced on Monday that his wife Kate Middleton is expecting their first child.
Th Duke of Cambridge is seen leaving the King Edward VII Hospital as it emerged that Kate is suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum and it forced the announcement of the baby news, even though the Duchess is believed to not even be 12 weeks along.
Kate, 30, will be hospital for several days and according to experts there are three prominent reason as to why she is suffering from acute morning sickness.
1) She is pregnant with twins! We may all laugh at those endless tabloid covers with their screaming headlines that she has two buns in the oven, but it could be true.
2) She is having a girl.
3) Nutrition. She is known for her slight frame.
