Braving atrocious conditions, New York journalist Casey Neistat and pals including Sean Avery spent four hours riding their bikes across lower Manhattan, documenting the devastation of Hurricane Sandy.
The footage provides an incredible look at Sandy’s wrath on the city that never sleeps.
