Her career comeback is riding on how well her portrayal of Elizabeth Taylor in Liz & Dick is perceived.

Now, we get our first look at Lindsay Lohan’s eagerly anticipated return to the screen in this 30 second trailer for the Lifetime TV movie.

The film, which also stars True Blood‘s Grant Bowler, is set to debut in November and promises to provide a no-holds barred account of Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton’s ill-fated love story.

Meanwhile, the surveillance videotape has been released, revealing how the alleged hit and run accident involving Lindsay Lohan and a chef unfolded and it does appear that perhaps Jose Rodriguez is exaggerating his injuries.

    Elizabeth Taylor’s close friends wanted the actress Alexis Kiley to play Elizabeth in this film. Lindsey Lohan doesn’t even come close to looking like Taylor as much as Alexis Kiley. What a shame and a waste of money to do it without Alexis Kiley. Only two women should have played the part, Alexis Kiley or Sheriyn Fenn.
