It is an offer that has raised eyebrows and has everyone talking. Earlier this week, property magnate Chao Sze-tsung announced a dowry-bounty of sorts: HK$500 million ($65 million US Dollars) to the man who can woo his lesbian daughter away from her wife.
“I don’t mind whether he is rich or poor. The important thing is that he is generous and kind-hearted,” Chao told the South China Morning Post.
Unsurprisingly, his daughter, Gigi, has been inundated with offers from men around the world.
But rather than being horrified by the public offering of buying her love, Gigi says she is “touched” by her father’s actions.
