Last week, Kristen Stewart called her affair with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders a “momentary indiscretion.”

However, it has emerged over the weekend that the relationship between the pair had been going on for some time (it is something we alluded to in this piece on Friday).

Leopold Ross, the brother of Sanders’ wife Liberty Ross, told the U.K.’s The People that he believes the 22-year-old actress became involved with the 41-year-old director during production of Snow White last year.

“It was from the last half of filming and all through post-production, clear into last week,” Leopold Ross told the publication.

And as for her future with Sanders, Leopold Ross hinted that the Vogue model may be ready to cut ties with her womanizing husband once and for all.

“She made some sacrifices for something she thought was worth it, now she knows, right?” Leopold Ross said. “It might actually make things better in the long run. She wasn’t that happy for a while, but our family is close, she’ll be all right.”
