The French actor confirmed reports of their engagement to The Miami Herald over the weekend.
“Yes, of course it’s true,” he said while promoting his new South Beach restaurant Villa Azur.
And he also disputed other rumors that Halle’s engagement ring was a Gurhan-design, saying that the emerald engagement ring was actually designed by Robert Mazlo of Paris, who he called “a real artist” who has been making jewelry for “kings and queens for many centuries.”
But will this union mark a happy-ever-after for Halle,who was previously married to baseball player David Justice and singer Eric Benét?
And, with her desire to move to France and set up home with Olivier, how much uglier can the custody battle with Gabriel Aubrey over their daughter, Nahla, get?
